How to order

Ordering online with Hornblower Music is both secure and easy using PayPal to process your payment(You do not need a PayPal Account to use this service ) Just follow the instructions as you go through our checkout facility.

If we unable to supply any goods, we will inform you at the earliest time and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

We have a large selection of goods, although If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to choose an alternative or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Shipping and handling for all saxes sent to UK mainland addresses are carriage free.

Delivery Schedule
- we deliver your order right away. Orders recieved before noon are normally shipped by 24 hour courier or first class post. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Cancelling an item:

As per the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. You can cancel an order at any time before we despatch it to you.

To ensure the item is returned to us within the statutory seven days, we recommend you send it back to us via a next day signed for service within five days of you taking delivery of the item.

We cannot accept cancellations where the item has been used, damaged or otherwise not in a resalable condition. This includes any damage incurred as the item(s) are being returned to us.

Transit Damage

We send everything out with a suitably insured service which means all items are completely covered. If your delivery arrives damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can claim on this insurance for you.

If you fail to inform us within this time frame we will not be able to claim on the insurance and therefore will not be able to replace your item. For this reason we highly recommend you immediately check your delivery for any damage and report anything found straight away.

Once you have contacted us within the 48 hours of receiving a damaged item we will immediately arrange a replacement for you and no extra shipping charges will be incurred. There may be a slight delay depending on stock, however we will do our best to get your replacement item to you as soon as possible.
